I think the white lends to the idea that this is more complex than a simple cutout silouette....it makes it feel a bit more foreboding... is it sposed to be? I love the branches and the lighting :)
I like the layout here. The lighting is good, the lettering is good. The tree is a good use of space. The crow itself is distracting. Mainly the feet. Seems more like a silouette, except for the feet. My eyes keep getting draw to the feet. If there was a gleam in the eye or something to keep the crow from looking like a silhouette I think the feet would work better.
Almost perfect.... Love the light and the silhouette of the tree branche and the crow. The only critique is that the crow is not grounded in the image. Darkening the bottom part of the image or drawing a single branche where he could perch would make this image perfect. My immediation reaction and opinion.
