The cars were made by the aircraft manufacturer Messerschmitt. Because German manufacturers were no longer allowed to make aircraft after the Second World War, they switched to consumer products. Messerschmitt opted for the production of a three-wheel dwarf car for two people with a 194 cc engine, clearly taking inspiration from the cockpit of their fighter aircraft. The cars were built from light materials, with passenger safety being secondary to the cost of the materials. They even designed a trailer to go with it. The small car was produced in four versions: KR 175, KR 200, KR 201. In 1955 12,000 copies of the KR 200 were sold. Image size: 260 x 360mm.
