This painting is the painter sitting in the park at night looking at the glowing moon. Here the moon is glowing due to wildfire smoke. While the moon is beautiful, the reason behind its glow is somewhat ominous. Nevertheless, the scene is still beautiful and peaceful. The painting is done in acrylic on a wooden board. The orientation used here makes it 16 Inches tall and 12 inches wide. The sides of the board are purple on the bottom an top and green on the sides reflecting back the dominant colors of the painting. When completely dry, it will be varnished to seal it.
