Bird-boy is tippy-toeing (to his heart's content)

This is a companion piece to "In touch with my Inner Bird' and is another gel pen drawing. It is small, measuring something approximately 3 by 3 inches. Original Jones Art from Austin, Texas.

clever, iconic, and minimalistic.

To me this is a warning to children ... if you stop daydreaming you'll turn back into a boy, but if you continue you can be whatever you want. But that's just me. ;) great sketch!

nice artpiece! i cant exactly point out the artist who does sketches like yours, but i like this very much!

Artist Reply: I've developed my technique after years of inspired doodling, Vincente. I once wrote verse almost daily, now I seek to imbue my work with ideas difficult to convey with mere words. Thank you for your comment.

A delightful drawing and excellent companion piece to In Touch with My Inner Bird. Both 'characters' exhibit quite different personality traits.

You really need to make more drawings of this bird-boy. It would be fun to see where his adventures lead him. Most excellent!

Artist Reply: Good idea, Linda. 'The Adventures of Bird-boy' could be interesting. Is he a side-kick, I wonder? Thanks.
