Love these tips with beetroot Shakaya and as I do not wear mauekp much at all those nasty chemicals I am always on the look out for natural alternatives. This one is delightful and very timely as I have lots of beetroot growing in my veggie garden right now. And by the way I have Naked Beauty and am devouring' it!! I whole heartedly agree that the gateway to beauty is through what one eats already with the changes I have made, after only 3 weeks my energy levels have soared!! Unfortunately this weekend I have had house guests and a get together with friends and I have slipped sideways but today is a new day and I am determined to get back on track. I feel dull and slovenly again even after only a few days off the rails.' I guess i am still very much in a transition stage. Love your natural recipes for skin care in Naked Beauty and feel so nourished when i use them. Wonderful that they are so simple to make using everyday ingredients.
