This piece comes with an interesting side note, I think. I had a bad bout of vertigo last Sunday evening just as my son and I sat down to eat and watch a movie. It lasted some little time and afterwards I put myself in a horizontal position for awhile. I eventually finished the meal and the movie and immediately afterwards began this piece without a pre-sketch. My son walked by later that night and commented that it looked like me just after the episode. At any rate, working on it made me feel the least bit better. This is a 20 by 24 inch acrylic painting on gallery-wrapped canvas. Original Jones Art? Yes, I'd take that bet.

What causes vertigo? Low blood pressure? High blood pressure? Fear of walking a tightrope? Or does it feel like your walking a tightrope? I like the calliedescope eyes and use of color.Maria Anna Machado 30 Dec 2015
