Anatomy needs a lot of work because the limbs look seem to resemble a bunch of cylinders; they have no shape. Also, try working on where the character's weight is set for a more natural pose because the figure looks like it's about to topple over. I would reccommend just looking at regular magazine ads for pose ideas and anatomy references.

Work on the arms and legs. they're make the pose look too awkward.
