Driving from Auckland to Rotorua, on the North Island of New Zealand, you pass a lot of beautiful countryside scenery. With the sun going down and the evening light getting better every minute, I turned off the main highway and within moments found this scene. This photo was selected for exhibition in Nara City in Japan. Minolta 801si alpha, 24-85mm lens, Fujichrome Velvia, polarizing filter, no colour manipulation. Copyright Peter Skov.
