Absinthe: Anise and Artemisia

Absinthe - the Green Fairy - here anthropomorphized (fae-pomorphized?) as two fairy twin sisters symbolizing two of the two herbal constituents of the drink - star anise and artemisia absinthium (wormwood). That's Anise on your left, and Artemisia on your right. In the center is an absinthe fountain and a glass of the beverage which has attracted a luna moth! My husband Matt created the amazing wood panel & frame in the original. My own original acrylic painting. ©Jasmine Becket-Griffith - prints are available at http://www.strangeling.com and http://zazzle.com/strangeling*

I* note the perfection, unusual hair color, slightly exaggerated features, which are your Special distinctive Style. It is not easy, little or not to Subjugate, and especially difficult to combine this humanity with the "still", strong objective paintings, But the Results are very Satisfying!
