©Seth F. Weaver, Sr. 05/22/12. A humble delapidated cabin spends it final years empty and sad only accompanied by a caring moon in the midnight sky. Both have watched as family have come and grown only to leave as suddenly as they came. No more do they hear the sweet sounds of babies cooing or the endless symphonies of family laughter that bounced around off these walls. The patient old moon knows that one day she will look down and the old shack will be no more, for much like life even old houses die unless they are filedl forever with the life of their owners. This was a photograph I took of an abandoned run down house in eastern North Carolina. The moon face was loaned to me by my good friend Leonardo Da Vinci. A Compullage™ creation. In my Moon series.
