The project site is located in Yuhua District, by Guitang River, is a 400 meters wide on two sides of the river and 3 km long north-south strip land. This large-scale mixed use planning includes high-end residential, educational, commercial complexes and a large city park on east side of the river. Planning aims to create city brand, urban gateway, and integrate Guitang River environment into life. Design concept is "river" harmonious life, the winding river means a long history of Xiang Chu Culture, symbolizes the spirit of Changsha people to pursue freedom, and creates a harmonious coexistence between man and nature, man and society. The building and park clusters on east and west sides of the river conform with the curved river, organically link together as one, as if the waterfront Yuhua Pebbles and green Orange Islands. This rendering adopted light color impressionistic style digital painting, so as to fully express the natural, harmonious and elegant mood of the green community. This conceptual planning won the 1st place in international design competition in 2009, and is under construction.
