A Census Minute: Persons living in the same house in 1995 and 2000 are those who responded "Yes, this house" to the question. "Did this person live in this house or apartment five years ago?" The category? incluces not only persons who did not move during the five years, but also those who moved but by Census Day had returned to their 1995 residences.
