Acrylics on paper (14 x 10 ins). Inishturk is one of the smaller inhabited islands in Clew Bay, Co. Mayo. As with most of irelands islands, the main income comes from fishing, so the harbour is the focal point of the community. In the middle ground is Caher, once a monastic commmunity, long since abandoned. On the hoizon is the mainland and the peak of Croagh Patrick.
