I like the blue and gold tones in
this abstract collage painting,
which is made of scraps of archival
matt board, gold ribbon, cloth and
acrylics.
As usual I used Matte Medium
(Liquitex) as my archival
glue.
It's glued on a large wooden
board.
I spray-painted an old frame and
the result is quite spectacular.
Unfortunately it's hard to
photograph, due to the shiny
gold.
At the left top I glued a piece of
cloth (gold) to break the flatness of
this collage.
It was quite an eye catcher on
my show in May last year.
Let me know what you think of this
unusual collage! (Use that
awesome QuickZoom feature to
Photo 2: Dreaming of a
poster in
the city... Wouldn't it do great as a poster in
the
city at night!?!
(I used a special website for this
animated photo!)
