Renni J. Ritzler
Renni J. Ritzler was born in Alpena, Michigan in 1961.
'All children are artists, but not all children choose to continue creating art.'
Like most children, I was born with an artistic gift. I choose to continue creating art.
My mother, the late Shirley Ritzler, an accomplished artist, has influenced me to experiment with various mediums and artistic styles.
In 1995, I earned a bachelor of fine arts degree (double major) in 2D Design, (computer graphics) painting and a minor in art history from Central Michigan University. After leaving graduate school, I presently work as the Director of Information Technology for Central Michigan University's College of Communication & Fine Arts.
