Artist Statement Artist: Aaron Gilchrist My name is Aaron Gilchrist an artist that endeavors working on artistic expression with creativity, while working with mixed medium forms of art, drawings, painting, and portraits. I have the ability to use creative mediums with artistic expression when creating landscapes, abstract art, and different expressive are themes with indifference. I often am liberal with my expressive manner when displaying different forms of art. Being open to new ideas, artists, suggestions , skills and abilities is always interesting to me when viewing art at its visually free standpoint with deeper meaning or root. I am openly interested in learning the different techniques behind various artists experimental methods that may or may not be intended for the viewer and artist. Using different techniques to convey drawings of many different forms throughout artistic works are some examples to how some of my artistic composition or works of art maybe revealed. These can be viewed from some of my techniques and angles when applying some artistic principles. I also have liberal views on artistic artwork and enjoy art from a liberal viewpoint. Different forms of tools, artistic medium impressions and or a viewer’s visual perception are used for me to help make paintings and portraits. These tools are not limited or bound together, but are used with freedom to wander and explore.
