Waning moon

If you would be the sunshine
and I would be the moon?
Would there be need a shadow line,
or would we needed tuned?
Would you like to embrace me,
in the middle of the night
and warm the dark forever,
from that place your inner shines?
Would you be there the happiest,
at the time that shimmer comes?
Or would you be yourself,
when you play in there your song?
I sing a lullaby to thank you,
for the joy that you did bring.
A big applause to give you,
for all the flowers in the spring.
Yes, all these things would happen,
when we at midnight glow
and there next to my waning moon
I quick again would grow.

I love your exotic, elegant musician and your beautiful poem!

Artist Reply: Thank you very much Sara. Louis Armstrong was one of the most important Jaz artist from New Orleans. Miles Davis told about him: "You can't play anything that Louis didn't". With his: "Hello Dolly" he even kicked the Beatles from the number one position.
