Ii like feeling of motion and vibration you created around the guitar, by the way you distorted the image. The warm colors used in the distortion are visually very inviting and draw the observer into the piece.
For me I wish the face was a little less cluttered, so you could see the guitarist facial expression better. It also would have given the image a calmer area and made it more balanced as a total composition.
Other then that, I really like the image.
