This particular New England fall day was a perfect combination of clear, calm, and sunsplashed weather. It was October and the foliage was outstanding that year. While looking for an appealing setting for my model, we came across this footbridge surrounded by a myriad of colors. I decided to paint the setting with the sun filtering through the trees which accentuated the brilliance of color. I was overwhelmed by the natural beauty. As a New England native I don't ever recall a more beautiful fall foliage season.
