Soo many racoons are murdered every day because of their fur. Sometimes they are not dead when their fur is taken from them..

Sad the narrative and true. But on the happier note your painting is stunning and such detail I have never seen. I am stunned by this work and you are right the eyes make me a bit misty myself, old codger that I am.
