©Delores J. Knowles 2008 -- This coy Black Swan (Cygnus atratus) is my copycat entry pattered after the wonderful vintage pinups posted by artist Patty Fuller-Sturman. Patty posted one recently on AW in the classic Betty Grable over-the-shoulder come hither pose made famous in World War II. (Ok, now you no how old I am!) When I saw this shot of the Black Swan, I knew it had pinup written all over it. Sorry, Patty. LOL

;o) ......veery familiar with the Betty Grable pinup as I've seen "Run Silent, Run Deep" over a dozen times. In the movie, on the WWII American sub,...the men would kiss their fingers and then tap her rear for lluck every time they went to action stations. ;o) ....your pose here reminds me of the character Terry's pose in the openning credits of "Three's Company"!Lili Segal 10 Mar 2008
