The Lion of Judah

The interesting thing about this painting is the dark hair on the forehead and the bridge of the nose form a crucfix Also the highlights in each eye form two smaler crucfixes representing the crucfixtion of Christ and the two theives who were crucfied with Him one on either side.

wonderful!

Artist Reply: Again, thank you. It wasonly after I noticed the cross symbol that had come out during the painting, that I put the other crosses one in each eye, reminiscient of the crucifixtion. Thanks again. Diane

Diane this is remarkable. the color tones, and the detail in the hair is amazing.

Artist Reply: Adam, thank you so much for your critique. I wanted this one to be special since I intended for it to be a testimony piece from the begining.I think I probably had more pleasure painting this one than any I've done in a long while. Visited your site, You are very talented, Keep creating. Diane Deason

This is so life-like, and beautiful. It reminds me of Farrah Faucet for some reason. You did an awesome job here. :o)
