This was a completely Vegetarian plate only, the Salsbury steak was made with a plant-based product. When I plated the food, it was picturesque to me so, I added it. The zucchini was grown in my garden.

Artist Reply: Yeah, let me clarify I am a meat eater, but my wife cannot eat meat so I try to make otherwise meat items for her but out of a plant based food and she loves it.
