I can only repeat what others have stated before me; this is one h**l of a beautiful painting and then I havenĀ“t even started blabbering about the awesome symbolism involved here! Among many things, I can see that all the four (main) phenotypes are represented in a graceful manner, as are the four elements (?) in the inner circle of the mandala-structure. I could go on and on about how awesome I find this painting to be, but that would be superfluous (I think) - this artwork speaks for itself (eloquently). Kudos to the artist: big time!
Artist Reply: Hi X-Chel -- Thank you so much for your very kind words, and for looking at my work so carefully. A lot of thought went into this one.
beautifully done Jonathan, it reminds me of the Hindu/Buddhist Kaal chakra (time machine).
Artist Reply: Hi, Ravinder,
Thank you very much. I'll have to look up that bit about the Kaal chakra. I actually don't know a lot about Eastern art and mysticism, I just like the mandala structure. I like your paintings; I hope you show more of them here.
