Why are the members here at Artwanted a little shy to join in?
I have been a member here for along time, yet I feel that members here are a little shy to make any comments, or even to participate in any group discusion, I'm not saying "NO ONE" is willing, it's just that there are thousands of members here at Artwanted, yet very few make any comments, it always seem to be the same people making all the remarks and comments here at Artwanted.
I joined Artwanted to meet other artist like myself, to pass ideas and technique back and fore, come on people, I promise not to bite ha ha ha ha.
Lets see the other cartoonist here show there work in this group.
All the very best to everyone here at Artwanted, have fun and feel free to contribute.

Hi all.I am at present getting to grips with Illustrator, and boy o boy, it sure isn't as easy as Photoshop, or am I just being bias, I will be contributing my latest designs done in Illustrator in the next couple of days, this software was a pain in the butt to get the hang off, the pen tool in illustrator and the way layers are manipulated sure are not the same as Photoshop, but little by little I am getting the hang of things. I have seen some fantastic things done with illustrator, and the beauty of it is all the artwork is scalable (perfect for Tarpaulin design) and fully editable, but anyone trying to move over to illustrator from Photoshop, it's worth ever second to get to grips with it, I won't be dropping Photoshop as it is still my comfort zone to work with this great software, I have been using Photoshop for around 15 years now, and I'm still just learning new things all the time.
Illustrator is not as polished as Photoshop, and I believe there are still a lot of bugs in this software, even in it's latest carnation CS4, it eats memory so bad, I find 4 gig is not enough to run Photoshop and Illustrator at the same time with just 4 gig, so I suppose it's time to upgrade the comp in the memory department.
Is there anyone else out there using Illustrator ? I would like to get to know other artist here using this software, Okey dokey I had better stop rambling on, all the best to all artist here at Artwanted, and all my love and best wishes go to my family (Kay and the kids and lolo and lola)
Keep all the artwork coming, for those new at this, we all started from the beginning at some time or other, practice makes perfect, I'm nearly 50ty, and I'm still learning, I suppose I will always be learning right up to my dyeing day ha ha ha ha.
All the very best from Keith.
