Sally Swingewood is a professional UK artist who trained at Goldmsiths College, London.
My work ranges from tiny but exquisite Art Card (ACEO/ATC) nudes and landscapes to full blown oil and acrylic canvases incorporating both pure pattern-based abstraction and bold contemporary figurative pieces.
I am obsessed by both pattern and the human form. I love playing with the limits of the human face and body: stretching, squashing, embellishing, covering with sparkles or tiny black dots.
I would love to take on more commissions and exhibitions - so please just get in touch. I'll do my utmost to provide the art you want at a good price and in good time.
You can pay via Paypal, credit card or good old fashioned cash if you can work out a safe way to get it to London....
Recent exhibitions include: March 2006: Lives Lived - solo show at The Brewhouse Arts Centre Feb 2006: Love across the ocean - 2 part international show Avram Eisen Picture This! Gallery, Chicago; The Pavilion, Dulwich Park, London.
