retired photog who switched to painting. Have some great work from sandwiching slides.Between my two professions my artistic bones have been kept strong. I always thought I would die with a camera in my hand but strokes and cancer have forced me to give up my commercial photography work and into my painting. It has been a great change, not as profitable as my photography wor, but just as fun. Still carry a small camera in my pocket and use it to remember something I want to paint, or come back and photograph later, or both.
