Richard has had a life long connection with computers, photography and Art. He wrote his first computer program in 1969, had a PC in 1978, when they barely existed. When the digital revolution came along in the mid 1990s this continued to challenge his curiosity and he embraced this technology at an early time.
His travels in the last 30 years have taken him to the four corners of the globe and his camera has been at his side. He now has a substantial portfolio library of images. His artistic interests are wide and varied such as nature, water, oceans, clouds and landscapes of many other types. Richards background in computers helped him understand at an early time the value of software used in creating artistic works. He uses many types of software, filters and has built his custom designed algorithms that produce an outstanding quality of work.
His past clients include Shell Oil (his images have been used in their annual Executive diaries for many years), a private bank, and many individual clients in the United States, Europe and Japan. Recently, several art boutiques in New York state are selling his work . . . . . .
