Crater Lake Ice Flower

This beautiful flower found on the rim of Crater Lake was just thawing ice built up from the early morning cold. The ice melted into small dew drops as I photographed using a macro setting on my lens, with an extension tube. The small flower was only two inches in height, counting its stem.
