"Art, if it be anything, must be a quest of the spirit, a quest which is conducted through the practice of producing outer visible manifestations of inner, invisible, realizations. It is a magic instrument for sensing the qualities of life - those qualities which lie outside the realm of proof and precise measurement. Here lies its very virtue, and its great importance in an age like ours with its scientific "stance" and its materialistic viewpoints." Most of the paintings in The Westward Ho! & Bideford Arts Society Do not even come near to the quote above, and never will except through IDC=INNER DIMENSIONAL CONCIOUSNESS.

Most art associations are populated by average folks producing average art for the average viewer. It is obvious you have the ability to make external what is the inner you, Ron. This is a highly refined, even rare, ability. Try to understand their limitations. They get bottlenecked by technique to the exclusion of 'pure' content on average. :)
