The building was located in Luohu District of Shenzhen, with modernist style. Based on character of the building and progress of the project, the rendering adopted marker drawing method, with easy, speedy and vivid characteristics. Use of water- based marker made bright colors and clear strokes, and also had elegant pastel effect.
