New Bedford,Mass. Pastel

Pastel worked from photo from Joseph DePalo in New Bedford Massachusetts.The original has better color values,this came out a bit too dark on the water in right hand bottom,but best I could do with a phone and the lighting,at least was able to do as I found some velour paper I did not think I had;)
