Another great week! Wow, 8:25ggoal pace; I’m impressed! Thanks for all your helpful tips; I’m definitely taking your advice. Untforunately, our heat wave is now extending through the weekend (so they say), which may mean I’ll have to put my PR plans on hold and concentrate on survival. We’re not used to super hot weather around here!
