Gate house. Kenilworth Castle.

The stunning gatehouse to Kenilworth Castle in Warwickshire, England. Sadly this is all that is left. The castle is in ruins. Just applying paint, only a few days to go.

Artist Reply: Thank you MJ. There is so much history to this place. The actual castle is now just a ruin, it was built by the Normans, 900 years ago. The gatehouse is just a baby, only 500years old, built by the Tudors.

Artist Reply: WOW!!! Thank you Nira. I know what I do, for some people it's boring. But I really enjoy doing old buildings. I think that l remember when it was first built, Hahaha. Not saying l'm old, mind you.
