We have one of these guys that lives in my back yard...sometimes he sits beside my wife for half an hour or more....what a gas...he thinks we are kin......I have names him Larry the lizard....

Very cool joanie, I have been catching them since I was a little girl.. I have neighbors come get me to retrieve them out of their houses.. I have even removed a small alligator and took it to the everglades gotta love Florida :) very nice photograph!!
Artist Reply: SO MANY THANKS LORI. I HAD A WEE TINY EGG ONCE. PUT MOSS IN A CLEAR PLACTIC CONTAINER WITH THE EGG. NO BIGGER THAN A GRAIN OF RICE. PUT PIN SIZED HOLES IN THE CONTAINER AND WAITED TO SEE WHAT I HAD. MANY DAYS LATER IT HATCHED. TEENY, TINY BABY GECKO. WHAT FUN.

This little guy is just out for the warmth,Being a cold blooded reptile they love there sun,so often you see these guys & some much bigger on the rocks on the beach..nice find
