Norman used to be what could be called 'normal' but time, people and circumstance have twisted him out of that shape and into something else, something it isn't pretty to watch but yet, strangely, should be seen and noted. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil and bit of white acrylic marker drawing on medium bond toned paper. It represents the bouncing ball that reality has become not only for Original Jones Art in northwest Austin, Tex, but for folks everywhere.

Whoa! Definitely looks like I feel sometimes. This is great. Not that you drew "me" especially when I get up in the mornings but great that you have such an outstanding talent.

Artist Reply: Yes, I 'let it all hang out' as we used to say, in this particular drawing. I almost let this one stay B and W but at the last minute decided some color might prove useful. I think it did add something; I hate it when the color tends to take something away, Ginger. Those usually end up in my recycle bin. :)
