A Magnificent Terragen, Pat. I'd like to see the shadow of the flying eagle. I'd also like to know how to make the drop shadows! lol

Artist Reply: Hi, Ruthee! The bird is too close to us for there to be a reflection in the water. Take a look at the bottom of the picture. The butte in the distance touches the bottom of the picture. The eagle is above that point. He is also closer. Not sure what you mean by drop shadows, but if you want to know how to make a reflection of the bird in the water, let me know. I do know how to do that.

Artist Reply: Nope, it's not a photo. It is completely computer generated. I used a digital elevation map for a place in Utah, and designed the sky, strata and plants, and the lake myself. The eagle is from Vue d'Esprit, one of their standard items.
