This wonderful cat was my best friend for almost 12 years .....oh.... I still missing her , she was a beauty and a treasure !I love cats over all they are unique and funny kind of creatures ! I painted this one with watercolour mixed with ink on paper 14 years ago. Artwork is protected by copyright.

A TREASURE TO BE TRUE... is the loyal friend that waits with you... through the night till the day ...chasing the blues away .. till smiling comes back around wearing a turned up frown...I love your picture, Brigitte...I like the peaceful blue touches and the details you put on the blanket...and the repeated reds throughtout the composition...I know what you mean about felines...they are so mysterious and magical...I am sorry for your loss...this is such a beautiful work...it wouild make a great card. Oh Bridgette, she was a dear, and we do long for the deceased ones so much, like my dear Raggedy. They are never forgotten or replaced. You are exactly like me in your love for kitties. I don't know how creatures can have such a hold on the heart, but they do!
