Artist Reply: Thanks Joanna!!! I love barns, they are so full of interest. They make me think of who built it, who may have lived there, and how often the barns outlast a home.
Hey thats home.....oops never mind...great foto capture
Artist Reply: LOL! Sorry took so long to reply to this comment Tazda! I missed it somehow. I know you live in a cool renovated barn. Don't I wish I had one! When I move and get my new home built, I'll post it up. I hope to make it a work in progress for years, from the home to the gardens. Have some unusal elements that we are going to do. Just stuck waiting for a clear day so the last improvements to the road going up to the property can get done. Then we can go close on the property. It's been snowing or raining for a month now every day in Trinidad, Colorado where we are moving to.
Artist Reply: Thanks Loredana! My huisband is such a sweetie nosing around and taking photos. He stops when he spots something on his trips. I'm a easy wife to please. Not a designer girl, or fussy. I get more excited over a rock and shell or photo than fussy gifts. Well, unless it's chocolate!
Jeff, what a lovely capture and the lens work very professional. You are fantastic and look as if you are having so much fun. My compliments are not adeguate. Michael
Artist Reply: My husband thanks you and laughs that he is having fun taking photos. Maybe when he retires, he'll give his photography more attention. He is loving the new digital cameras, and how you can pop the photo files in and edit them. I get to do that part, when and if needed. I love this photo of this barn. This is a great one for me to do a painting of.
wonderful...... The barn wood is gorgeous truly a piece of history
Artist Reply: There is something about barn wood with it's old rustic look that catches your eye, imagination, and interests. I think old builds all have a character and charm of their own. A testiment of Ssrengh how they remain long after the people that built them often had gone.
