our retinas refract and reflect color in a myriad of ways too numerous to mention. It is of interest to note that the same exact color will look vastly different when placed adjacent to its complimentary value and hue. In fact, if one alters only the background from black to white... our eyes will trigger a substantial deviation between colors. Then... there is the expose' on how vastly unique each individual views art or visual perception and the parodox becomes even more tantatlizing and uncanny.
