Mandelbrot Ocean

Mandelbrot Ocean

I should clarify Mandelbrot Ocean 01. I plan to make more of these large complex looking ocean fractals. Truth is, this animation only has 16 colors, and thus 15 frames to create the illusion of complexity. I felt bad when this got more comments than my other stuff, because I think it took less time to make from start to finish, than any other animation.

Here is the draft concept, where I used 256 colors and 63 frames;
