White bunny

Here I practiced drawing a huminized animal, I tried to give this animal a character. I am interested in what you think about the personality and mood of this character!

have u read peter rabbit? its a childrens book, you could do a spinn off with this charicter, he looks like he needs a stiff drink and a long think, also is it just me or is there a hint of the arm'd forces about him ??? i would love 2 knw =)

Artist Reply: Hi Ian, I remember when I was a child, Peter Rabbit was read to me. I must confess my english is not good enough to understand what a spinn off is. :S You are absolutely right that there is a military thing about this rabbit. I am actually supriced that no one mentioned this before. These are army-boot's, the jacked is based on an army-jacket, but I left out all the details that shows it's origin, so it's not that clear I guess.

I like this a lot - I don't know about his mood and charcter, but to me - a couple things go though my head. Maybe he is wating for his bunny-girl to come and he is anxious to see her - he's one the egde of his seat, and left behind enough room for his bunny-freind to sit next to him, My other thought was his girl friend just left him. That empty seat reminds of this, as he sits alone wondering why things went bad like that . I don't over-all, but I think this bunny look spretty sad., but ther is some glimpse of hope too. I feel he is anxiously awaiting for someone. Am I right or way off on my guesses. Regardless of the reasons behind this piece, the outcome was great - you did an excellent job with this pen and ink piece, various shades and lights and lines, Def. grabbed my attention. Artist Reply: Oh thank you miss Diamond! It´s awesome you took the time to inform me about your thoughts. It´s really helpfull to hear what people feel when they see my pictures, because it´s a way of comunicating. You are not way off at all, his lady-bunny isn´t going to come back, and he is sad and angry. He might be thinking why he was treating her so bad. I´ve made some more huminized animals, and I´m hoping you might comment on them too, especially the bird, for that one has a clear story behind it.
