This one is an oldie I never posted. It is, as you can see, the earth with three arms. The is a Jewish teaching that the world stands on three things. They are tzedakah (charity), avodah (religious service), and torah (bible study). This represents the three pillars of the world in a surrealistic fashion. The hand on the right is giving charity, the one in the center is wearing the articles used in morning prayer service. Finally, the one on our right is following along marking the place in the torah scroll that the earth is reading from. It is done in black and white conte crayon on a deep purple background. The original was lost in a fire in 2005. I'm p
