Rock and Rollers (animated)

Greetings fellow artists, this is Jerry Stith the founder of an American folk art program called, BallPoint Pen Art. Today, I'm posting an artwork related to the music community that moves, therefore it is animated. These multi-colored ballpoint pen drawings certainly are colorful, modern, contemporary, impressionistic and on the move. I like creative or different looking artworks instead of the same o same look some others prefer!***** These ballpoint pen drawings are finished with many different colors or pens produced by varrious companies. In the old days Lindy Pens produced 12 different colors and today Fisher (space) Pens puts out 10! That is rather limited according to what other mediums have at hand yet seems to work well with me! Introducing and recording a new art medium, movement and instrument is an excitng event within my life as an artist. Being first to bringing something to a new level in life is always exciting or eventfull.***** Yellow, gold, brown, orange, yellow-orange, peacock blue and purple are being used within these drawings and those are rather hard ballpoint pen colors to obtain, to say the least! I thought two brightly colored drawings back to back would prove to be more exciting than not.***** Ballpoint pens have an oil-based ink system no others have ever had throughout history. That is why they out sell all other pens systems or art mediums in part, because they are used to write, make carbon copies or draw picture with. That is an universal or all purpose instrument used worldwide everyday by billions of people! Try signing a pay check with your paint brush or pastle pencil and see what is really going on! If you are interested in thick ink artworks, please use 120 lb. papers and up fore the best results. Have a great day my friends and feel free to comment on my artworks. Jerry Stith

I am amazed by what you can do with such a simple medium. Can't decide if the male is suposed to be just Garcia, or an amalgam of him and someone else, but amazing none the less.
