Shining Path

Last weekend my husband and I headed for Greenwater Lakes again. We knew that the fall colors would probably be gone but the day was perfect and we needed to get away, but not be gone the whole day. This trail is beautiful anytime of year and always very photogetic. The night before was our first hard frost of the season so the morning air was crisp and the slight breeze, very cold. This hike starts off in a forest of 2nd growth trees. The farther you get into the trail the bigger the trees. 2nd shot....one of the many bridges on this trail. Thanks for visiting....more shots of this trail to come.... :)
