This is one of many pieces I did for Pacific Sunwear. The project called for junior designs that attracted 9-13 year-old girls. They wanted one to "feel California", but have a psychedelic/60's look to it. This was it. You might recognize the girl from the Smashing Pumpkins piece in my portfolio. I liked the girl so much in this design I used her in that personal piece later.

EXCELLENT WORK DENNIS, YOU ARE A VERY TALENTED ARTIST, I ESPECIALLY LIKE YOUR COMIC STYLE. I THINK THAT COMIC ART SOULD GET MORE RECOGNITION THAN IT DOES, IT IS TRULY AN ART FORM LIKE NO OTHER, TRULY EXCELLENT WORK
