This is one of the first acrylics I did when I made a big switch from watercolor about 4 years ago; the beautiful fall foliage along our drive was begging to be painted in rich colors, and this was the result. I think sugar maples are my all-time favorite tree for fall color, and this one was just starting to show that vivid pinky-orange at the tips. I hope you enjoy it!
