This is a wonderful painting. I see it a little different. I see her there feeling the suns rays and thanking God for the blessings.

The girl is in pain and asking God our famous "why, why me" that we say when we are so desperate & feel the world is falling on us. Fascinating piece. I love the beach scene and I feel is one of your best.
