I have just come across your beautiful work Lorna.Nice composition.

Artist Reply: Thank you very much for looking and your nice comment Rex. I do appreciate it so much. This one is supposedly a spot that Paul Revere rode across on his famous ride. Just outside of Boston, Massachusettes

I think this may be my favorite painting of yours Lorna, though I like many. I can imagine spreading a blanket, to listen to the water and maybe take a quick nap here. The light is wonderful. The story you told about your parrot (a comment on a John Sweeney painting) was priceless. What a crusty ole bird. Wonder why....

Artist Reply: Thank you for looking and for your nice comments. I must say I do not miss big Red, but it was a experience and the kids loved him. We just never say eye to eye about anything!

Artist Reply: Thank you Ruth. I went on a tour to this area in Boston on day. It was really interesting.
