Minerva

© 2010 Armando Salas (photo) and Minerva Bloom (bottom image).--------------------------------------------This beauty is Minerva, a kitty I have at El Val. I borrowed its name from my dear friend Minerva Bloom. Another cat borrowed its name from my good friend Roy Boobyer. Minerva is the most affectionate cat of whatever I have had (and I have had so many). I do not caress her, she is the one that caresses to me. Really a charming and loving animal.---------- Today I want to celebrate wonderful news. Minerva Bloom finally finished her project. She says on General Discussion Boards (http://artwanted.com/mb/topic.cfm?Topic=511561): ------------- "I finished one of the toughest projects I ever got myself into. It took me 6 years and countless computer crashes, misplaced files and 4 more years of study, but finally it is finished. I'm very happy and proud of myself if I may say so lol! It was a lot of work and it took me so long. I published it with lulu with an ISBN # and it will be available in a couple of weeks at Barnes, Amazon or it can be ordered at your local bookstore. Right now, it is live at lulu (as well as the e-book version). A teacher friend of mine will be using it for reference at her HS poetry class. "------------------- Congratulations, Minnie! What about the Nobel Prize? :-)
